New Prospective Officials Tryouts - Registration for 2011-2012 Season

The Nepean Minor Hockey Officiating Program is looking for new officials for the upcoming season (2011-2012).

We are accepting registration now for tryouts and interviews in May. If you know anyone that is interested in becoming a referee or timekeeper, please forward this message to them.

To start registration click here.  The first 75 to register as referee will be accepted to the skating tryout, while the rest will be on the wait list.  The first 40 to register as timekeeper will be accepted for interviews, while the rest will be on the wait list.  Make sure that you register early!

Please note that current timekeepers looking to become referees must also register.

The registration period ends on April 16th, 2011.

The meeting for prospective new officials (referees and timekeepers) will take place on Monday, April 25th at 7:00pm, at the Manordale Community Centre (68 Knoxdale Road, Nepean). Parents of minors are encouraged to attend as well as the applicant.

Minimum age requirements for timekeepers is 13 years of age and 14 for referees (as of Sept 2011).
