| Important Notice Regarding the Changes to Game Incident Report Procedures | ||
| There seems to be some confusion right now between the competitive team managers and the ODMHA over who is to supply the postage paid and addressed envelope for the white copy of the game sheet. As some of you may have already realized many competitive teams are not providing them which makes it very difficult to mail as directed. Please note that regardless of whether or not an envelope is provided you are still to follow the new game incident report procedures. If you are not provided with an envelope please deliver the white copy of the game sheet to either Andrew Douma or Jay Kleiman at your earliest convenience. Please be sure to complete the report and fax or scan and email the game sheet before delivering to us. This can be done either at the meetings, you can mail them to Andrew Douma's home address which was sent to you by e-mail, you can drop them off at his house, or you can drop them off at the NMHA hockey office to Andrew's attention. If you drop them off at the NMHA hockey office please ensure that it is in an envelope and is to Andrew Douma's attention, this will ensure that he actually receive it. | NMHAOP General Meeting - Monday, November 26th | ||
| There is a NMHAOP General meeting set for Monday, November 26th at Manordale Community Building. The meeting will begin at 7:30pm for junior officials, and 8:00pm for senior officials. If you can’t attend the meeting please be sure to let Andrew Douma know, attendance will be taken (Please note that Timekeepers do not need to attend). | Need to pick up your pay cheques? | ||
| If you did not pick up your cheque(s) from the last meeting, you can go to Jay Kleiman's house and pick it up. His address is 76 Oldfield Street, Nepean, ON (Google Map). Directions: 1) Head south on Avenue Woodroffe Ave towards Strandherd Drive. 2) Turn left at Strandherd Drive 3) Strandherd Drive turns left and becomes Crestway Drive. 4) Turn right at Hathaway Drive. 5) Head east on Hathaway Drive towards Oldfield Street. 6) Turn left at Oldfield Street. 7) Go up a few blocks to 76 Oldfield Steet (It is a townhouse). Jay will also have the cheques at the next meeting, which is on Monday, November 26th.
