| NMHAOP General Meeting - Monday, October 29th | ||
| There is a NMHAOP General meeting set for Monday, October 29th at Manordale Community Building. The meeting will begin at 7:oopm for timekeepers; 7:30pm for junior officials; 8:00pm for all officials; and 8:15pm for senior officials, and supervisors. | Paul Van Steen | ||
| The NMHA Officiating Program and the hockey community have been deeply saddened by the sudden passing on Saturday, September 29th, of a fellow official, Paul Van Steen. Paul was a senior member of the NMHAOP and was especially noted for his professionalism on and off the ice. Paul also contributed greatly to the officiating program as a supervisor and as a mentor, two roles which helped those around him become much better officials. Paul's ever present smile and his positive attitude will most definitely be missed by all.
