| NMHAOP Timekeeper Clinic - Sept. 29th |

We will be conducting a mandatory timekeeper training on Saturday, September 29th, at Walter Baker Centre, in the library's board room.
There will be two sessions during the day:
- New timekeepers: Registration starts at 9:30am, and ends at 12:30pm.
- Returning timekeepers: Registration starts at 1:30pm, and ends at 4:30pm.
Everyone will be writing a small certification exam, please bring pens and writing paper.
Because these sessions are mandatory please advise Jay Kleiman. if you have trouble attending.

| Development Session for New Officials & Timekeepers |

For new timekeepers, there will be a mandatory training session at Merivale Arena from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, on Tuesday, September 18th. Please meet Jay Kleiman inside the arena, in the main entrance area. Parents are welcome. Please bring a notepad, and pen.
For new referees, there will be a mandatory on-ice training session at Merivale Arena from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, on Tuesday, September 18th. Andrew Duma, Referee-In-Chief, and other senior referees will be at the arena to show you which dressing room to use. Please bring your full referee gear, helmet with visor, and whistle.
We will be bringing used referee gear such as referee sweaters, pants, helmets, visors, etc., to the development session for you to browse through. The equipment is donated by the NMHA Officiating Program, therefore, they are free to take.

| NMHAOP General Meeting - Tuesday, September 11th |

There is a NMHAOP General meeting set for Tuesday, September 11th at Manordale Community Building. The meeting will begin at 6:30pm for new officials, and new timekeepers; 7:00pm for all timekeepers; 7:30pm for junior officials; 8:00pm for all officials; and 8:30pm for senior officials, and supervisors. Please see the, "Meeting Information" page for details of meeting.
