Officiating Clinics On-Line!

The referee clinic schedule is now online, please register for the appropriate clinic as soon as possible (Click here).  NEW OFFICIALS: please make sure that you attend the new officials clinic only.  Also, Nepean (District 10) will be hosting their own level 3 refresher clinics.  All Nepean level 3 officials must attend the two night level 3 clinic which will be held at Margaret Rywak Community Building, on September 27th and 28th or October 4th and 5th, from 7:30pm to 11:30pm.  You cannot attend other district's level 3 clinics, so be sure to make yourself available to attend on one of these dates (Click here for more information about the Level 3 clinics).  There will be a last chance clinic near the end of October, but there will be limited openings.  Do not wait until the last minute!

Timekeepers Clinic Registration On-Line

The Timekeepers Clinic Registration has been posted on-line.  All new timekeepers, and returning timekeepers must attend the clinic in order to be a NMHAOP certified Timekeeper.

NMHA Officiating Program Registration 2010-11

The Nepean Minor Hockey Association Officiating Program (NMHAOP) will be opening registration on-line, Wednesday, July 28th.
 
All returning referees and timekeepers from last year please log into the new OMS web address at www.omsnmharefs.com, your same HCOP number and password. Once logged into the system you will be asked update any out-of-date information.

All new referees and timekeepers that were selected by the NMHAOP in June 2010, will receive an e-mail from the Referee-In-Cheif, Caise Chandler, explaining the steps towards registering with NMHA Officiating Program.

Those that did not attend the new officials try-out session in May 2010 will have to try again next year. Our officiating roster is full; we cannot accept anymore new officials. Please contact 
Caise Chandler at beginning of March 2011 to be guaranteed a spot on the try-out list for the 2011-12 season.  You can also, check the website for updates.

Those that are coming in from another district or association, must also contact Caise Chandler before registering.

NMHA Officiating Program: New Officiating Roster Full

We are no longer accepting new applications for the 2010-11 hockey season. If you wish to join our officiating program for 2011-12, please contact the Referee-In-Cheif, Caise Chandler or check website for update in March, 2011.

We are currently only accepting transfers from other districts and associations.  Please refer to our FAQ page for completing Hockey Canada Officiating Program Officials Inter-branch Transfer Form.
